Payment Gateway Charges

Please note that a processing fee may be applied by the payment gateway provider for handling transactions. This fee is not retained by Yazhini Love & Rescue but is deducted by the payment service provider.

Tax Deductibility in India

Donations made to Yazhini Love & Rescue are eligible for tax benefits in India as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

Under Section 80G: Donations to Yazhini Love & Rescue are eligible for deduction from taxable income under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Donors can avail of tax benefits for their contributions, subject to the conditions and limits specified in the Act.

Exemption u/s 12A: Yazhini Love & Rescue holds exemption status under Section 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961, effective from 24th March 2023. This exempts the organization from paying taxes on its income, allowing for the full utilization of funds for charitable purposes.
